No registration will be taken during the Hunt. The official time of the hunt is Friday, October 14th 7:00 PM - Saturday, October 15th 9:00 AM. (All teams must be at 823 Gun Club Road, Bostic NC by 9:00 AM October 15th with their kills to be counted for the contest.)

Coyotes must be killed within the time frame of the tournament. There will be a number and letter code posted on this website at 7:00 pm Friday, October 14th. When you or a teammate kill a coyote immediately record it with your phone showing the coyote is a fresh kill. Document the code provided during your video. State your team name and the code along with holding the coyote up or moving it around on the ground to prove it was killed during the tournament. This is very important so you can prove your coyote was killed during the tournament timeframe.

Coyotes can be killed in any state and any county and count as long as your team can make it to the weigh in at 9am Oct 15.

Any violation of NC game laws will result in that team being disqualified from the hunt. All legal means of taking the predator are accepted. Kill coyotes by any legal means include, Baiting, Calling, you name it but have fun and kill coyotes!

Each hunter must be present at the weigh in to register his/her kills. A team can weigh in a maximum of 5 dogs. The tournament is based off of weight of the five heaviest kills you have made as a team. For example a team can win the tournament with 3 dogs if they are heavier than the team that killed 5 dogs. The other prize money for the heaviest single dog and lightest single dog doesn’t have to be included in your five that you weigh for top prize.

All prize money will be awarded after official results have been determined and video evidence has been presented and reviewed.

You must be present at the weigh in to be eligible for door prizes.

All participants are welcome to eat supper starting at 5:30 PM Friday night at 823 Gun Club Rd, Bostic NC and definitely encouraged to bring the family for the weigh in Saturday morning for the pancake breakfast starting at 7:00 AM - 9:30 AM.

This is a community and family event and Bouncy House will be at the weigh in so please bring the kids and come support this event!!!
